In line with quality improvement of Japanese cars, demand for spare parts for Japanese car engines became less, while there was a great demand for export markets. Export business after the war started from Argentine, Chile and Brazil in 1948 and expanded into Middle East, South East Asia and Africa.

Export div. of the company was renamed as Overseas Dept. in 1973 and opened sales office in USA.
Overseas business around this time were expanded into 70 countries or so through overseas offices located in Singapore, Malaysia in addition to New York and Los Angeles.

Empire Motor was recognized as an export-contributing enterprise every year from 1966 through 1970 and as a result, official commendation was given by Ministry of International Trade & Industry for contributing export business for these countries.

Today, we have local offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
